Giraah creates customised watch straps made to order. Every strap is unique, crafted according to the details you provide during purchase.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to make a purchase.

  • All purchases must be for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.

3. Product Information

  • We aim to ensure all product images and descriptions are accurate.

  • Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to screen differences or natural leather characteristics.

  • Such variations will not be considered defects.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • Please check all customisation details (size, strap width, colour, stitching) before confirming your order — changes may not be possible once production starts.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s approved payment providers.

5. Shipping

  • Processing times and delivery estimates are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

  • Once an order is shipped, delivery times are beyond our control.

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable fees.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect items.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, logos, and content on the Giraah website are the property of Giraah and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear of the product.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giraah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms
