At Giraah, every watch strap is crafted especially for you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so here’s how we handle exchanges, returns, and refunds:

Exchanges

• We accept exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

• Please email or message us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• Since our products are customised, we cannot exchange for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or design preference after production.

Refunds

• Refunds are only offered if your item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect orders.

• To request a return, email or message us within 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of approval.

• Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Please Note:

• Double-check your wrist size, strap width, and customisation details before placing your order.

• Slight colour variations from photos are normal due to screen settings or natural leather differences.

• We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or accidental damage after delivery.
